The class schedule is packed, the prices reasonable, and they have some of our absolute FAV yoga instructors. We're so into this little gem in the east end, and we guarantee you'll leave with an energised glow that's entirely deserving of the name.
One of the draws to this studio is their cutting edge equipment. Their Stages Cycling (SC3) bikes will e-mail immediately after class to show your power, total calories burned, RPM and miles so you can continually challenge yourself and track your progress. Woot.
The Ballet Boot Camp class incorporates ballet, yoga and Pilates based movements for a continuous fat burning workout that will leave you feeling tall, toned and as graceful as Misty Copeland (for half a second, because reality.)
This class forced us to dig deep and push through doubt and fatigue and we definitely appreciated the dark nightclub vibes so we could hide the serious struggle that was our lives.
The 45-minute class was a challenging, sweaty, and motivating feel-good ride that wasn't the least bit intimidating. We get why it has a cult following, I think we might be in the fan-club now.
