Undrcard Boxing Studio Review

Undrcard, YYC | 5

Undrcard has freaking nailed it. This studio is doing what people want out of boutique fitness studios now. Crazy hard classes set in an aesthetically pleasing, large, open space, that provide all amenities like great change rooms, lockers, and good quality products for a decent price, that lack a bougie attitude, and have a place for us to chill before or after class equipped with wifi, strong coffee and dairy free/gluten free/all natural delicious snacks. NBD. So, like, they're doing all of this so 5 full pineapples all DAY.

HotShop Calgary Review

HotShop, YYC | 4.5

HotShop, as the name suggested, specialises in the hot stuff - hot yoga and a bit of spin to be precise. This three studio brand has been around since 2013 and has the loyal fan following only a studio in biz for five years can drum up. We tried one of their most popular classes; Hot Hips at the Victoria Park studio, which is the only studio that keeps things strictly focused on the hot stuff. The class was juicy, fluid and, of-course, sweaty as hell and we left feeling particularly elated after spending an hour getting into the nitty gritty of our hip joints.

The Sweat Lab Review

TheSweatLab, YYC|4.5

The Sweat Lab (or TSL) is an absolutely awesome hub for lean, mean muscle hotties. Reasonably priced, with a diverse schedule full of killer classes, and a spacious ski-lodge feel, this studio is a must visit for the Calgary fitness fam.

Tru Ride Cycle Studio Review

Trū Ride, YEG | 3.5

Trū Ride is one of the most interesting spin studios we've experienced bc they have a different take on boutique fitness: a boutique experience ensconced in a big-box gym. Tbh, we weren’t totally sure how to feel about it - but what we do know is that we were treated to a well run class with an awesome instructor, and all the support we could hope for on a Sunday morning sweat session.

889 Community Yoga Studio Review

889, YYZ | 4.5

889 Community is a beautiful, calming and approachable studio in the heart of Rosedale that offers Pilates, yoga, meditation and mama and babe classes. Set in an 1800's Victorian home, the space is toxic free, full of essential oils, and oozes chillness. Namaste.

One Cycle Review

One Cycle, YYC |4.5

This spin studio in Calgary's mission has nailed it in a lot of ways; a central and beautiful location that's spacious and decorated with all kinds of meaning, and a studio that includes all the amenities you could ask for. Our class was the Goldilocks of spin classes, not too hard, not to easy, just right and we left sweaty, worked and happy. 4.5 pineapples locked and loaded.

Barre Belle Review

Barre Belle, YYC | 4.5

This beautiful boutique fitness studio in YYC had us feeling all the feels. Fatigued from a super challenging butt lifting barre class and cardio heavy cross training class, and impressed with the perfectly put together decor, we totally get the hype.
