Yoga Central
Yoga Central is most known for being a studio of all ages, sizes, and experience levels and for creating an inclusive community. This ultra-chill YEG studio tucked away on the south side of the river is approachable, affordable and super super red.
Barre 3, YYZ | 4.5
We reviewed both Barre3 locations, including their newest to Toronto in Leslieville (!) and both studios will challenge you how you least expect it with repetitive pulsing and small movements that will tone, lengthen and strengthen your beautiful bods.
Core, YYZ | 4
Core is unlike anything we've ever been to. With every class designed to specifically target your core, the exercises and movements are unique, dynamic, and specialised to create a 1-hour circuit training class that will kick anyone's ass no matter how fit they think they are.
Torq Ride, YYZ | 4
One of the draws to this studio is their cutting edge equipment. Their Stages Cycling (SC3) bikes will e-mail immediately after class to show your power, total calories burned, RPM and miles so you can continually challenge yourself and track your progress. Woot.
