6ix Cycle review

6IX Cycle

If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you. That's 6ix Cycle's motto, and we are so totally into it. We've now taken classes from owner Julie Harrish and one of their main men, Adam Deunk, and holy yellow penguins did these guys live there motto. The studio is clean, fresh and just as approachable for men as it is for women and they've got you covered for everything you need. Worth a trip, homies. worth a trip.

One Cycle Review

One Cycle, YYC |4.5

This spin studio in Calgary's mission has nailed it in a lot of ways; a central and beautiful location that's spacious and decorated with all kinds of meaning, and a studio that includes all the amenities you could ask for. Our class was the Goldilocks of spin classes, not too hard, not to easy, just right and we left sweaty, worked and happy. 4.5 pineapples locked and loaded.

Ride Cycle Club Review

Ride, YYZ | 5

Easily one of the most anticipated reviews we've done in a while (bc some of the coolest people in our lives speak insanely highly of this place) and it did not disappoint. Immediately after class we took a desperately needed shower, bought an all black outfit and looked into a membership, which says ALOT for us.

CycleBar, YEG | 4.5

We trekked all the way down to Edmonton's southern suburb, Windermere, for this spin studio review and they had us feeling like the hour+ commute was totally worth it...

YYC Cycle, YYC | 4

This is one of Calgary's most popular spin studios and with three location in YYC, and now two in Edmonton, there are plenty of opportunities to get your butt in the saddle. With decor game on point and well priced challenging classes that will make you sweat OH SO V much, you'll get why they needed 5 studios.

Torq Ride, YYZ | 4

One of the draws to this studio is their cutting edge equipment. Their Stages Cycling (SC3) bikes will e-mail immediately after class to show your power, total calories burned, RPM and miles so you can continually challenge yourself and track your progress. Woot.

SoulCycle, YYZ | 4.5

The 45-minute class was a challenging, sweaty, and motivating feel-good ride that wasn't the least bit intimidating. We get why it has a cult following, I think we might be in the fan-club now.
